Newly Diagnosed
We have a range of services to help children and families who have recently received a neuroblastoma diagnosis based on risk. Select a level below to get started.

Low-Risk
This normally applies to Stage 1 patients, and most Stage 2 patients who are less than 12 months old and/or have no unfavourable genetic mutations.

Intermediate-Risk
This usually includes Stage 3 and Stage 4 patients, who are less than 12 months old and have no unfavourable features in the genes of their tumour.

High-Risk
This usually includes Stage 2, Stage 3, and Stage 4 where the patient is older than 12 months and/or has unfavourable features in the genes of their tumour.

Frontline support

Post-Treatment
We understand the conflicting emotions that parents can feel when their child’s treatment ends. Our Family Support team have lived experience, and are here for you.

Bereavement
Our bereavement support varies based on your needs, but can include emotional, practical and financial support during palliative care and/or following the loss of a child.

Financial
We can help ease financial worries through the provision of our Big Love Fund and we also provide guidance on what you may be able to claim from other sources and charities.

Relapsed & Refractory
For relapsed or refractory neuroblastoma, there is no standard treatment to guide parents through treatment decisions. We are here to help with our Redmapp website.

Our grant provides financial support to families across the UK affected by neuroblastoma. The fund can support a child or young person’s physical or emotional welfare or a family in bereavement with funeral and associated costs.
